1. Shipping Information
We offer reliable shipping options to ensure your products arrive safely and promptly. All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Times:

Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Overnight Shipping: 1 business day (available for select locations)
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order size, weight, and delivery location. You will be able to see the exact shipping fee at checkout before completing your purchase.
International Shipping: Currently, we offer shipping to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs fees and additional shipping costs, which are the responsibility of the customer.
2. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order online and stay updated on its delivery status. Please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive the confirmation email.
3. Damaged or Lost Packages
In the rare event that your package is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately. We will investigate the issue and assist with a claim through the carrier, as well as arrange for a replacement or refund.
4. Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return period from the date of receipt. To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must meet the following criteria:

Refunds: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method, and it may take 5-7 business days to process.
Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or style, we can process an exchange as long as the item meets our return criteria. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs for exchanges.

6. Return Shipping
If you are returning an item, the return shipping fee will be your responsibility unless the item is defective, damaged, or the wrong item was shipped. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
7. Exchanges for Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, we are happy to send you a replacement or issue a full refund. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the damaged item and provide the following:
